Another month has come and gone, and we’ve rolled out a few new changes on the website that you may not have noticed. Here are some new features you can look forward to.
We’re in the preliminary stages of rolling out live chat on our support channels! We’re still testing this feature out for now, but be on the lookout for a full launch in the months to come.
Dismiss account alerts (for reals this time)
We fixed a bug involving account dashboard alerts that are sure to make some of you very, very happy. Originally, you could dismiss account alerts on your homepage when you logged in, but then every other page you clicked through to from there would show that same alert (super annoying, we get it). We’re happy to say that we’ve tightened up that experience so the alerts will only show up during new sessions.
Revamped email preferences
Want to receive emails from us more or less frequently? Or customize the type of email content you’re receiving from us? Adjust your current preferences on our newly revamped email preference page, where you can have more control over the type of content you receive. These settings can be changed via the “Update your email preferences” links at the bottom of every marketing communication we send.
