It's never easy letting go, especially when you're as close as we are at Name.com. We don't even have cubicles really, but these kind of open blossom seating circles. We sit at and work on something like a flower petal. That's an environment that fosters some serious love. So when someone decides to leave, we struggle. We wilt, to continue the corny floral metaphor. I wish I could stop, but it all stems from the ground up---OK, without the flowery language: We work all the time so we have no choice but to bond. And we do. This Beer Friday we say goodbye to Kelsey. You'll see how hard it hits us.
