Podcast Episode #1: Support at Name.com

We’ve decided to take a stab at podcasting and we’re starting things off with an episode that gives an overview of what support is like here at Name.com. We had fun making it and it was a good learning experience. Mostly we learned that we need to keep it a little shorter, as 19 minutes even tests our own attention spans.

I've been a big fan of Name.com since my first domain purchase a few years ago. You guys hit the nail on the head in the podcast when you talked about how customer service is so important at your company. There are so many places to buy a domain or get web hosting anymore that you need to find something to stand out from the crowd. I'm happy to see you decided to go with Outstanding Customer Support rather than Slutty Web Exclusive Commercials.
