I love my Dad because, he’s stuck with me and my family through thick and thin, he’s always there when I need to talk to him and so am I if he needs to talk.
He was a massive help for me in the recovery for renal (heart, kidneys, lungs & liver) failure by cheering me up, making me laugh and smile and came up to the hospital every day and even transported my friends to and from. (he also bought me a mobile internet stick to use with my laptop in Hospital)..

My Dad is awesome because he’s MY Dad and nobody else’s (don’t tell my Brother r Sister I said that though 😉 ). My Dad brings a smile to my face everyday I see him or speak to him..My Dad has provided the majority of my computer equipment and supported me through whatever decisions I take….
And for these reasons, that is why I LOVE MY DAD and that’s why I’m throwing a surprise party for him on Sunday! :)

<3 my Dad.

I was first introduced to the world of web sites (and more specifically, web development) through my dad :) He purchased my first domain and web hosting (along with several books) despite the fact I knew literally nothing about it. It’s been 5 years ever since and I had purchased dozens of domains in the past, established a small web hosting company, and developed numerous websites for people (ahem, strangers) I met online. He’s been supporting my passion and had continuously introduced me to things I never knew of. That’s what makes him pure aweso.me.

I’m not literally a daddio, but I have 2 dogs and it feels just like it! It’s nice having 2 little ones get excited to see you when you get home from a long day at work. I doubt its the same feeling as a child, but great nonetheless!

My dad is the best ever. He’s been there for me and the rest of the family through good and bad. He has made sacrifices to provide me and my siblings with the best of everything, all with love and care. I cannot thank him enough for being my teacher, my mentor, my guide and my role model. I love my dad and I respect him, not just because he is my dad but because he has earned the love and respect through his actions, decisions and love for the family!

My dad rocks because he’s 70 years old and runs dozens of web sites. In fact, he got me into web development and Internet marketing when he was in his early 60s. How many senior citizens can you name who are so very web savvy that they can teach their sons about tech?!

Why does my “dad” rock. Well first off my “dad” is not my biological father, rather my uncle. My parents split when I was 3 and I have no contact really with my true father.

The man that shaped me, taught me to play sports, hunt fish and what it means to be a man though is the person I would be PROUD to call DAD! on fathers day. My uncle stepped up when there was no one else to do that, and truly became a dad. To this day, he is still one of the most important people in my life. When that man passes truly a great man is lost to the world, and to my my DAD. I pray that day is many years away.

My dad is almost 60yo and I love him very much. Because in a country where student of 25 years old still live with their family and still get pocket budget from their parent, and which is a very ordinary thing, not like Europe and USA, my dad teaches me how to be interdependent in an earlier age. He doesn’t show me how to make money from internet or how to build a website, but how to use my mind to find a solution for life problems, because of him I found my own way to learn and earn from internet. He is a kind of Algorithm installer 😀 , he just program you as a real man and the rest is between your hand.

When I got my first money from internet, he didn’t ask too many question, but only one : is this a legal money?

He cares about me and always next to me for help.
For this and more, my dad rocks, and because of that I want o be a dad, to give that much love to my children and take back from them the same love I have now for my father.

I can say about my father who was responsible, hardworking, admirable. My wife says I’m irresponsible because I teach my children to make the web-design, in colors, on strategic games, concepts and forms, but only have 5 to 7 years, my wife wants to kill me lol. Will register each of their names. Need more successors. Web Developer.

I am not a father, by far, nor probably will be one in the future. But, I love kids, and I love my dad. My father is an awesome man and he has gone to the beyond for me.

My father had a tough time with me as I was a very tough kid and a trouble maker as a young one. Not the kind of trouble where I’d be uncontrollable, I had completly unstable health and I was constantly in and out of hospitals and had my first major surgery as a infant. I ran off from my father as a toddler, fell down a flight of stairs gave my mother a heart attack. I didn’t have a single scratch on me. Whoo. :]. I even stopped breathing once and luckily my awesome father knew CPR.

As I got older, around three, my father realized I had a problem with speaking and language skills so he got me a speech therapist and had my schools keep me working with one until well in high school. I cannot thank the speech therapists and my father enough for this. I still stumble upon words now/then.

When I was four years old somehow I contracted a rare disease known as kawasaki disease. My mother took me to a hospital and they said it was a bug bite. My father did not like the diagnosis so he took me to a different hospital. The doctor at the other hospital immediately recognized what was wrong with me as he had prior experience with it. If it wasn’t for my dad’s request for a second diagnosis by going to a different hospital, I wouldn’t be here to tell you this tale. But, it was still caught a bit late in me and caused further problems.

When I was eight years old I had a major open heart surgery in San Francisco. I hated going to the city nearly every weekend on a train. To this day I don’t like trains very much. (There’s a point to this train story a bit later). I had my surgery there, and I refused to take my medications as well, a stubborn eight year old kid I was, I did not want to swallow any pills nor liquid. They begun to lace my food with the medications. So, I whiddled down to a diet only on gummy bears. The doctor released me on a diet of only gummy bears and my father thought it was amusing that I was so stubborn not to eat any food besides gummy bears. Trust me, I was a tough kid, and very, very, very, picky. So, my father went to the store and basically bought out their gummy bears so I returned home with tons of them (okay only about fifty pounds).

I got mad at an issue I heard on the news. My father then showed me on his computer how to write a letter to my representatives. I was eight years old, so I did so! It was fun! The Make-A-Wish Foundation granted my wish. I originally wished to go on a plane instead of taking the train to San Francisco. Humble wish right? Well, by the time the arrangements were made Valley Childrens Hospital in Madera opened up with a new cardiology unit and all. And they were able to take care of my heart needs and all. They were so much closer to my home, Visalia, at the time. So, I was given a chance to take the plane anywhere else I would like to go. I told the Wish Foundation people I want to meet my president. See, as a kid, my father made me a big thinker, to think too big for my little head. Instead of Disney Land, I wanted to talk to the leader of my country. At the time this was President Bill Clinton. :].

Around twelve, when I started middle school. I loved to see my dad’s business take him on campus sometimes. Was fun to see him as my parents were then separated. My dad was the fun guy, that got me the games I wanted and stuff. I also had another surgery. This was the age I was also taking an interest in books. I struggled with reading as a child, in second grade mainly, because I was stubborn. My father worked with me a lot and came over a lot to help me read more and challenge me. I remember the first sign I’ve ever read and I was with my father.

My teenage years were awesome. And more stable. My father took me to a new eye doctor, and got rid of my glasses and got me eye surgery. Helped me a lot with issues I had. My dad was a great parent. Always willing to take me on unforgettable vacations.

Just a few months ago, my dad took me to my lifelong dream destination, Alaska. :]. It was simply amazing there! And I loved going there with my dad.

My father is the best father ever. I dare you try to upfront my dad. :].

My dad rocks because he loved me since I was in my mum’s belly. He kiss me everyday through my mum’s belly, give me a good name when I born, always praying for me for the future, support me when I’m down, lecture me when I was wrong, and crying happily when I married few months ago.

Soon my dad will become a grandfather, I will tell my son how rock his granpa and he will grow up just like his grandpa. Just like my dad did, I will give name to my son with beautiful and meaningful name.

Thanks to Name.com, someday when my baby born I will buy a domain that contain the name of my dad that express how rock my dad is!

Until you have a son of your own . . . you will never know the joy, the love beyond feeling that resonates in the heart of a father as he looks upon his son. You will never know the sense of honor that makes a man want to be more than he is and to pass something good and hopeful into the hands of his son. And you will never know the heartbreak of the fathers who are haunted by the personal demons that keep them from being the men they want their sons to be.
a father is someone that. holds your hand at the fair, makes sure you do what your mother says, holds back your hair when yor are sick, brushes that hair when it is tangled because mother is too busy, lets you eat ice cream for breakfeast, but only when mother is away, he walks you down the aisle, and tells you everythings gonna be ok ..

I love being a dad, because at two years old, my boy used to sit on my knee at the computer. I had to push the mouse because his tiny fingers were only big enough to work the buttons. Then as a three year old he could work the machine himself and found hidden menus on his interactive CD that I didn’t know were there. Last year he turned thirteen and he spent an hour or so helping my wife’s dad, set up voice recognition on his computer. It’s a privilege to see a talented kid growing up in a time when computers have always been part of the furniture.

You challenged me to tell you why my father rocks…. I’m reading through comments and I have only one wish: to get a chance and tell him just one of all those kind words that others are talking about. Just one chance, thats all I ask… But I’m affraid it’s not possible. It’s been 3 and a half months since he left this world, he died becouse of cancer. Some strange desease that even doctors don’t know about.

Words can’t describe my feelings, only memories remained. Memories of him making me a person who I am right now.

A person that can take care of himself like he did.
A person that will struggle to help others when they need him.
Someone that will have a respectable job like he had.
A man of his word, like his father was!
A loving husband to his future wife and family.
A good son to his mother who will always take care of her instead of him.
A reliable brother and a trustfull friend to each and everyone that knew my father.
A student who will get his degree in next month. A degree dedicated to him!

…a son who will never forget his father and try to be like him in each and every step of his own unpredictable life. For that written above and all the other things that are still waiting for me in my life, I am thankfull to you, dad.
Thank you for believing in me!

Because it nice to know that people look up to you to take care of them, to be there for them. Its a mature thing to do. Suleiman

The time when I cried during my exams and the way he brought back the confidence in me, when I needed the most straight forward and clear recommendation of which branch to go for while shaping up my career. Everything. My dad has been the person who taught me to live fearlessly and tells me the way he used to solve problems which came in his life earlier while his 20s.

I just can’t express what all my dad has given me so far. I guess, I must say he has given me the strength to live in this world as the best of me and forget about the rest as only best things happen with people who are their best to others.

Love you Dad <3. I can't wait to make you proud one day.

My Dad Rocks because he has always being taking care of us. He really started from nothing, he was raise in a poor family and based on his effort and commitment he was able to success in life. He was able to support our college education (I have two brothers and two sisters), and we were able to travel abroad when most kids in our block didn’t. But the main reason my Dad Rocks is because he love us, and he has always been there when we need him.

My dad rocks because he always explained me all choices and let me choose what choice I prefer. That helped me later to me the man I want to be, and helped me to be the first business owner in my class till now! :)

I love the privilege of seeking to inspire, encourage and
help my children. I love the journey of growing with my children
I love helping when I can and hurting when I can’t. No, I don’t enjoy the pain. It’s the honor of trying to help because “I’m a dad” that I enjoy.I love being a dad?! because my day will filled with beautiful moments in time,
