The end of the year is approaching fast and just as you’re gearing up to celebrate the winter season with your family and friends, we’re getting ready to do the same here at the office. Here’s what holiday hours for customer support will look like as we close out 2017.
Starting on Saturday, Dec. 23, all customer support questions will need to be asked through email and our chat interface as phone support will not be available. We will also have shortened support hours on Christmas Day, with chat support available from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. MST, and email support available from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Phone support availability will resume as of Tuesday, Jan. 2.
