Forgot your username? Here’s how to regain access to your account

With so many different usernames and passwords to remember (all with different limitations and restrictions) it’s not all that uncommon to forget which combination goes with each website. So if you ever forget you Name.com username, rest assured that you can still regain access to your account by following a few simple steps.


With so many different usernames and passwords to remember (all with different limitations and restrictions) it’s not all that uncommon to forget which combination goes with each website. So if you ever forget you Name.com username, rest assured that you can still regain access to your account by following a few simple steps.

Or, if videos aren’t your thing, follow the instruction below to relearn your account username:

Click on the login button in the top right-hand corner of Name.com. You’ll see some blue text that says “Forgot username or password?” Click the link to be taken to the next step.

Here, you’ll find the Reset Password portal where you’ll be prompted to enter your username to recover your password. Since you still don’t know what your username is, click the “Forgot username” link underneath the submission button.

Now you’re where you want to be. To recover your username, enter one of the domains that you have in your account and we’ll email you your account username.

Once you receive the email containing your username, you can log in like normal and accomplish what you need to get done.
