PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO .OOO REGISTRATIONS

INFIBEAM INCORPORATION LIMITED (“Registry Operator”) is the registry operator for the .OOO TLD.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Registry Operator’s Reservation of Rights. You acknowledge and agree that Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: (1) To comply with specifications adopted by any industry group generally recognized as authoritative with respect to the Internet (e.g., RFCs (Request for Comments)); (2) To correct mistakes made by Registry Operator or any registrar in connection with a domain name registration; or (3) For the non­payment of fees to Registry Operator.

Indemnification. You shall defend and hold harmless Registry Operator and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Prohibited Activities. In compliance with ICANN’s Specification 11 of Registry Registrar Agreement, Registry Operator prohibits the use of domain names that might cause confusion with the Triple Zero Emergency Call Service. As such, you may not register and/or use any domain name in a manner which might induce confusion with emergency services such as police, fire, emergency, etc. The .ooo Acceptable Use and Anti­Abuse Policy highlights the same and provides a point of contact to handle such abuses.

Compliance with Operational Requirements. You shall comply with each of the following requirements:

  1. ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
  2. Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the .OOO TLD established from time to time by Registry Operator.

Order of Precedence. If there is a discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and these provisions, these provisions shall supersede.
