Updating .BE contact information

Updating .BE contact details is a little different from most domain names. The registry has certain policies in place that prevents us from being able to update your domain contact information for their TLDs from your Name.com account. To update the contact details of a .BE domain name you will need to submit your request into a support form since this cannot be completed within the name.com account. Any contact changes made in your Name.com account for a .BE domain will not be properly reflected by the registry, causing potential problems down the line. 

In your request to name.com support, please be sure to include the exact contact information that you need to be updated. Also, be sure to send the request from the registrant email on file for the domain so that we may make these changes on your behalf.
