Troubleshooting Alipay Errors

If you processed a payment on Alipay but did not return to Name.com’s checkout page to complete your order, the order may show as failed through Name.com, but paid on Alipay. In this situation, our system will automatically check and try to complete the order for you. Our system refreshes several times a day, and you should receive an email with your order confirmation once this is complete.

 

Please do not reattempt the transaction— the system will detect that the order has already processed and is pending, and the reattempt will fail.
