Canceling an incoming transfer

Once a transfer is submitted to the registry and within 5 days it can only be cancelled by the losing registrar. This means name.com cannot cancel an incoming transfer once it is pending and instead you would have to contact the registry you are transferring away from and they can cancel it.

Cancelled transfers are automatically refunded to account credits. If you want a refund to the original payment method - please fill out the refund form.
