Name.com's refund policy

To see if your domain or product is eligible for a refund, please review our refund policy

For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds over the phone. If you would like to cancel and refund a domain or product:
  1.  Please log in to your Name.com account.
  2.  Go to your Order History page (in Account Settings) to request a refund on the order you are asking about.
  3.  Once you find the order, click on the blue number for that order and then click the Request a Refund button on the right side of the screen.

Known Name.com Email product issues

If you are experiencing issues with your Name.com email product, please submit a ticket with all details including the affected email address and error. Please submit the ticket from an external email address that is not currently using the Name.com email product to ensure you receive our response. We appreciate your patience.
