Name.com's refund policy

To see if your domain or product is eligible for a refund, please review our refund policy

If you would like to cancel and refund a domain or product:
  1.  Please log in to your Name.com account.
  2.  Go to your Order History (in Account Settings) to request a refund on the order you are asking about.
  3.  Once you find the order, click on the order ID for that order and then click the Request a Refund button on the left side of the screen.
