Turning off the spam filter for Name.com email

Spam filters can be a convenient tool to keep your inbox nice and tidy. But sometimes, it catches mail that isn’t actually spam and can cause you to miss important emails. If you need to turn off the spam filter in your Name.com email, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to mail.name.com and log in with your email address and password.
  2. Click on the gear symbol in the upper right.
  3. Click Junk Mail in the Mail Management section.
  4. Click Deliver Spam to Inbox (Turn off Junk Mail rule).
  5. Click Save.
