Account credit delay

For security, account credit orders must be manually reviewed, in order to make sure the purchase is not fraudulent. Because of this, it can occasionally take two to three business days for the funds to clear, so it may be a little while before you see your funds in your account.

If you would like a status update, feel free to e-mail us at support@name.com. Be sure to send the email from the administrative address on your account and include your order number to make it easier for us to find your order for you.
