Requesting SSH access

For security reasons, we require that the following two items be emailed or faxed to us before we can enable SSH access on your account:

  • A high resolution copy of your drivers license, ID card, or passport. The name on the ID must match the name on your account.
  • A signed copy of the attached document, where you agree to the terms of use for accounts with SSH access.

Please send this request from the administrative email address listed for your account. Once you have provided both of these items we will enable SSH and email you letting you know that it is available on your account. You may email us at or fax these items to +1-303-399-3167.
