Changing invoice contact details

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the contact information on an invoice after it has been created. However, you can change the contact information so it is correct on future invoices. The invoice will reflect the contact information on the billing profile. To change the details on your saved profile, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and click My Account at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Billing information under the My Dashboard column.
  3. Click on the arrow to the left of the Payment Profile.
  4. Update the necessary information and click the Update Profile button near the bottom of the screen.

Any future orders that use that payment profile will now show the correct billing information.
