Deregistration at the request of the Holder and assignment of domain name
a) The Holder can request deregistration of the domain name in writing. In such cases .SE will deactivate the domain name. .SE will deregister the domain name on the date which falls 60 days after the date on which the domain name was deactivated.
b) In the case of an assignment of the domain name, the domain name will be deregistered from the original Holder when the application for assignment is granted. If the assignment cannot be effected in accordance with the application, the original Holder shall remain
