How to Get In Touch with a Live Human:

To speak with a Live Support Agent, there is a Help button on the bottom right when you are on our home page Name.com. Or please go to Name.com/chat
Click "Start Live Chat"
On the bottom right a chat box will then say, "How can we help?" and you will type your question into that box. Then click "Live chat." It will prompt you to fill out our form so you can prepare your questions and information for our dedicated agents.

We are available from 12 am to 5 pm MST every day of the week!
