These 15 second videos will make your Name.com experience so much easier

As our customer, we want to make sure that your experience with us goes as smooth as possible. Roadblocks obviously can happen when you’re building an online presence, and when they do, we’re always happy to help you solve any problems that arise. But after years of helping our customers resolve their account and domain issues, we’ve noticed a few issues seem to pop up more frequently than others.

Rather than writing an essay-length explanation of each problem and how they can be resolved (which let’s be honest—would not be very enjoyable for you to read), we’ve come up with a simpler method: Short, 15-second videos that point out frequent mistakes that happen when creating a website or setting up your Name.com account.

The Gonna Have a Bad Time series is the Name.com version of NBC’s famed The More You Know segment. We even shamelessly ripped off drew inspiration from the jingle!
