Accessing your hosted email via webmail

To log into your hosting plan's webmail, you need to visit the URL for your domain name, followed by /webmail.

So if your domain name is knowledgebase.ninja, the URL you would visit would be: http://knowledgebase.ninja/webmail

Note: If you are using your hosting plan for email, but not for hosting the domain, you will need to visit your server instead, followed by :2096. For example, if you were hosted on hs1.name.com, you would log in by visiting hs1.name.com:2096.

Your hosting server is displayed on your hosting dashboard. You can access it by clicking My Account and then click Web Hosting while logged in to your Name.com account. This will load a page that asks you for your email address and password for the email account you set up using the Hosting Panel.
