Receiving renewal notices

Name.com will send you several renewal notices before your domains and products expire. These notifications are sent to the registrant contact email address on file, so please make sure that your contact information is current so that you do not miss any important information. If you still aren't seeing any renewal notices, check your spam/junk folder to make sure your spam filter has not accidentally listed Name.com emails as spam.
