Troubleshooting a contact form that isn't delivering

If you have a contact form set up on your website, but it's not delivering signups to your email account, this may be an issue on the server side. Normally this happens when you are using an external mail service rather than hosted email. This alters how the mail needs to be directed, and so a change needs to be made on the server side.
