You may have noticed things are looking a little different around here.

We’re extremely proud and excited to unveil a fresh new look at Name.com. While it’s been fun to see this new design take shape, it has also served as a meaningful exercise to carefully consider who we want to be as a business and what role we want to play in the lives of our customers.

If you ask us, domain names are cool. They give anyone with internet access the opportunity to connect with people worldwide, share or learn about new ideas, or create entire businesses. But we also understand that for a lot of people, domains and website products are a means to an end. Sure, they’re useful tools in your arsenal, but you’d rather spend your time using those tools to create something meaningful rather than worrying about the tools themselves—and we get that.

Our mission is to simplify the experience of finding and using the right domain name. We’ve got one of the most passionate teams in the industry, and we’re dedicated to accomplishing that mission. So while the changes today are largely aesthetic—all the features you know and love are exactly where you’d expect them to be— they serve as our commitment to stay true to this goal.

We have some even bigger projects in the works that we can’t wait to share with you. We’re lucky to learn about and from our customers every day and we appreciate your feedback as we work to build Name.com’s future together.
