Renew your products from the Renewal Center

Renewal Center

The Renewal Center is a helpful resource for seeing which of your domains are about to expire and renewing them with a click of a button. But now, we’ve added products into the mix for an even more convenient experience. The Renewal Center is now a one-stop shop for anyone who wants to check on upcoming renewal dates for any of the items in your account.

Backup text messages for Two-Step Verification

If you have Two-Step Verification enabled for your Name.com account (which we highly recommend for an extra layer of security) there is now a new backup code option in case you lose access to your main verification device. Add a backup phone number to your account and you’ll be able to send a one-time use verification code that is sent via SMS.

Fully deployed Customer Support Chat

Customer support chat

We’ve worked out the kinks with Chat support, and it is now an available option every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time. It’s currently the fastest available method to get answers to your website and account questions, so give it a try the next time you’re having a problem.
