Special Olympics Denver Swim Team
Even though the Special Olympics is a big organization, local athletes across the nation still need community support to thrive. When the Denver-based swim team was unable to afford matching uniforms for the team, we stepped in to equip them with new matching gear for competitions.
Rangeview Track and Field
The Rangeview Track and Field team’s uniforms were old and different sets had to be pieced together to outfit the team. Our donation equipped around 50 young women on the Girls JV and Varsity teams with new uniforms. We also helped fund a new shelter for track meets.
Metro Caring
Metro Caring works to feed people but also helps prevent hunger by teaching people nutrition, cooking, and financial literacy. Our donation went towards general upkeep costs to help keep the organization running.
Northfield High School Solar Rollers Team
The Solar Rollers club is a group of science and engineering students that build a remote controlled solar-powered car from scratch and race it around a track against other schools. They learn about solar power, electrical engineering, aeronautic design, and other STEM topics through real-world application. The donation funded the supplies and materials needed to build a solar-powered vehicle.
