Enable Google Reseller Access

In the event, you are attempting to renew, or view details, for your Google Workspace (formerly G suite) account and you are receiving an error that states "Uh Oh something went wrong" then it may appear that the reseller access is disabled.

Also please be aware that changing the domain in Google Workspace will also disable the Reseller Access.

In order to enable it, please see the instructions below:

Enable Reseller access

To verify that Reseller access is enabled:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.
    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).
  2. Click Account Settings > Account Management > Reseller Access
  3. Check the Reseller Access box. You should see the message Enable Name.com to access the admin panel to manage this domain and this domain's support cases.
  4. Click Save.

This will allow us - Name.com - to manage your account for renewal and more.
