As of October 1, 2021, The Reserve Bank of India released a mandate that restricts the use of saved payment methods on e-commerce sites. You have 2 options that will allow you to make successful purchases on Name.com.

Use a new payment method that is not saved as a payment profile on Name.com.
Delete your current payment profile and then complete the order as a one-time payment. Manage your payment profiles here: https://www.name.com/account/paymentprofile.
