These notifications are sent to the registrant contact email address on file, so please make sure that your contact information is current so that you do not miss any important information. If you are not sure how to update your information, you can refer to our article Changing account contact information.

If you still aren't seeing any renewal notices, check your spam/junk folder to make sure your spam filter has not accidentally listed Name.com emails as spam.
