Importing email from another address

Importing email from an external account to a Name.com email account can be done by following the steps below:

  1. From your inbox, click the gear icon at the top right of the screen. Then click POP Email Collector under the Mail Management heading.
  2. If you do not already have an external account, you will see No external account found. Click Add at the top left.
  3. Input a name for the account, and select your incoming POP mail server from the drop down. If yours is not in the common list, you will need to enter it manually. Leave the port at 110, enter the Username (full email address) and Password, then click Save.
