Changing your Name.com email password

If you have our Name.com email product, you can change your password from within your Name.com account. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Name.com account and click My Account.
  2. Click Name.com Email under the My Products column.
  3. Click Change Password next to the email address.
  4. Enter the new password and click Change Password.

You will now be able to log into your webmail at mail.name.com with this password. If you have set up any email clients to retrieve this email address, please make sure to update the password in the settings so that it can successfully access your emails.
