Refund not showing up on bank statement

Once Name.com process a refund for a customer, it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the funds and return them to you. While we issue and send your refund immediately, it generally it takes about 3-5 business days to process. Occasionally it can take longer, as it depends on your financial institution's turn around time. If you do not see the refund on your statement within 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider to find out why the funds have been delayed.

Note: If we cancel an authorization, rather than a charge that has already posted, you will see the charge amount disappear from your pending transactions and the funds will be returned.
