How to enable/disable successful login notifications

Last Updated: November 30, 2023

For security reasons, some customers like knowing exactly when someone has logged into their account. This setting gives you the option to send notification emails to the administrative contact email address when a login attempt is successful. The email will contain the time the request was made and the IP address it was made from.

How to enable successful login notifications

  1. Log in to your Name.com account.
  2. Click on the User icon (user-icon.png), located at the top right, open the drop down menu, and click Settings.
  3. Click Security Settings in the Security section.
  4. Check the box for Email me on Failed Login Attempt if you wish to enable this function. Uncheck if you do not want these notifications.

If you want to enable or disable failed login notifications, you can also do so.
