There's a problem with your Google Workspace/G Suite settings.

This may have been caused by changes to your Reseller Access settings. To fix this, sign into your Google Workspace/G Suite administrator account at and enable Reseller Access by doing the following:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

  2. Click Account Settings > Account Management > Reseller Access.
  3. Check the Reseller Access box. You should see the message Enable to access the admin panel to manage this domain and this domain's support cases.
  4. Click Save.
